Refund policy
What is the return and exchange policy?
We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.
How do I return my product?
If there is any problem with your item(s), please feel free to contact us at sales2@shuttleart.com. You can also reach us at our customer service live chat at shuttleart.com.
1.Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days of receiving the item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2.Refund:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3.Items not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards
- Orders received over 30 days ago(store credit will be issued, instead)
4.Partial Refund:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5.Store Credit:
If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at shuttleart.com.
6.Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales2@shuttleart.com.
7.Exchanges:
We only replace items which are defective or damaged within 7 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales2@shuttleart.com.
8.Shipping of Returns:
Shuttle Art will cover the cost of your shipping if the item has quality problem (dry out, leaking, etc). If there is no quality issue, we will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
