What countries do you ship to?

We’re only able to ship within the continental USA.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Expedited shipping is available, the charge depends on item(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?

We use 1-3 business days to prepare your order. After that, the delivery takes:

Free Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
$5 Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
$12 Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Where do Shuttle Art products ship from?

We have several warehouses within America and the shipping warehouse depends on your address.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses?

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada at this time.
We’re only able to ship within the continental USA.

How to calculate the Customs Duty and Product VAT?

When the value of imported goods exceeds the local duty - free amount, customs duty is required. The customer is responsible for paying the clearance fee and import VAT. (Please note that the tax threshold varies from country to country, and taxes are calculated according to the applicable national tax rate.)

The price includes the value of the tax.
